GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL CELL
The Grievance Redressal System stands as a crucial pillar within any administrative framework. Ensuring a secure and harmonious environment for both our esteemed staff and dedicated students is the paramount responsibility of the College Administration. To address and resolve concerns effectively, the College has established a Grievance Redressal Committee in accordance with UGC guidelines. This committee is dedicated to investigating and providing solutions for both general and academic grievances raised by our staff and students through regular committee meetings.
Objectives
Our Grievance Redressal Cell operates with the following objectives in mind:
- Providing a Platform for Concerns: To create an accessible platform where both staff and students can express their concerns, whether related to academic or non-academic matters.
- Seeking Input for Improvement: To actively solicit suggestions from staff and students on how to enhance the overall experience and functioning of the institution.
- Efficient Problem Resolution: To ensure that effective and timely solutions are provided to staff and students to address their concerns and grievances, fostering a responsive and supportive atmosphere within the college community.
